Item I give & bequeath to my Daughter Mary Harris Wife of John Harris a Negro Wench Called Betty; my Desire is that the Increase of the said Wench hereafter may be given to the Heirs of my Daughter Mary's Body that she may hereafter according yo Quantity and Quality Item I give & bequeath to my Grandson William Turner a Negro Wench Called Jenny I say I give the said Wench to him & his Heirs Item I give & bequeath to my Grandaughter [sic] Francis Drew a Negro Called Patt I say I give the said Girl to her when she comes to the Age of eighteen and to her Heirs Item I give & bequeath to my Grandson Edward Drew son of Newitt Drew my Negro Girl Nan Issabel of Jeffery I say I give give the said Negro's to him & his Heirs Item I give & bequeath to my Grandaughter [sic] Mary Harris Wife of Henry Harris a Negro Boy Called Robin I say I give the said Negro to her and her Heirs Item I give & bequeath to my Grandson Joseph Lane my Negro Fellow called Tom I say I give the said Negro to him & his Heirs Item I give & bequeath to my Granddaughter Faith Lane Daughter of Benjamin Lane twenty five pounds Current Money of Virginia to be raised out of my Estate before any Division be made Item I Will & Desire is that the next eldest Children born of my Daughter Ann Lane / not knowing their names / may have the Negro Children born of my Negro Wench Called Avey now at Benjamin Lanes the Eldest of my Grandchildren to have the oldest Negro Child after the two first Children of Benjamin Lane Above Mentioned & the Next Eldest to Have the Next Oldest Negro Child & Son on if there be more of my Grandchildren then Negro Children the youngest Child to have the next Child that the Wench brings that shall Live after these Children have each of them a Negro not Including my Grandson Joseph & Faith Lane my Desire is that the said Wench & her Increase may be equally divided among the Children that there Names are not known born of my Daughter Ann Lane according to Quantity & Quality I say I give the said Negro's to the aforesaid Children & to their Heirs Item My Desire is that my Personal Estate after my Debts & Funeral Charges are defrayed may be equally divided between my Son Thomas Drew my Son Newitt Drew and my Daughter Mary Harris Wife of John Harris and I Do Constitute & Appoint my Son Newitt Drew my whole & sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament Revoking all other Wills by ne made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this 24th Day of November 1745.
